- Year 8 and 9 Students designed and produced a Sculpture Exhibition using
discarded materials, inspired by 3D work by Woodrow, Cy Twanbly and Picasso.
- In the Unilever Art competition, held at the Tate Gallery in Liverpool,
two Year 9 pupils, Edward Gibbs and Luke Rowson, had their work exhibited
and short-listed for awards.
- Year 10 students visited the Tate to see the Henry Moore Natural Form
Exhibition and the War Museum in Manchester.
- Lower Sixth students took part in a workshop related to the Peter Blake
exhibition at the Tate Gallery in Liverpool. Both Upper and Lower Sixth
students visited Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Ness Gardens.
- An exhibition of all GCSE, AS and A2 art work was held in June.
