landscapes and tourism.
- Year 9 undertook urban studies in Southport in March.
- GCSE students went to Bowness in the Lake District in June to study a
‘honeypot site’ in a National Park.
- Lower Sixth AS Geographers undertook fieldwork on the N. Wirral Coast in
October, studying coastal defence schemes, and studied river discharge and
channel cross-sections in North Wales in March.
- Upper Sixth A2 Geographers undertook fieldwork at Ainsdale Dunes in June
