- 40 pupils and 5 staff experienced excellent weather and good snow
conditions on the annual ski trip to Alpe D’Huez in the French Alps during
February half term. The party stayed in apartments right on the piste and
had evening meals in a nearby restaurant. Evening activities included
ice-skating, and Parkour in the local sports centre. During the day the boys
were divided into four ski groups catering for all abilities from complete
beginners to experienced skiers who were taught tricks and jumps as well as
advanced skiing techniques. The party were so impressed with the resort that
they are returning there next year.
