Fees to Include

All nursery fees are inclusive of nappies and changing products, and formula milk is provided for babies until their first birthday. Children attending for a full day receive all meals. Those attending morning sessions only receive breakfast and lunch. Tea is provided for children attending afternoon sessions only. Snacks are provided mid morning and mid afternoon and drinks are available throughout the day.

Reservation

A fee of £300 is payable for the reservation of a firm place in the Nursery. This should be included when returning the reservation form and secures a place in Nursery upon receipt. Cancellation of such a reservation results in the fee being forfeited. The fee is held as a deposit for the duration of the child’s attendance at the School. The reservation fee will be returned when a child leaves the School, provided that all fees and charges have been paid

Holidays & Sickness

Two weeks per year may be taken at half fees providing a month’s notice is given. The Nursery is closed on bank holidays and does not charge for these days. Full fees are charged for the first two weeks of illness, after which a retainer of 50% of full fees is charged. Nursery is open for 50 weeks in the year. No fees are charged during the two week Christmas holiday period

Funding

As we are registered with OFSTED, we are able to accept the childcare grant for three year old funded places.

Siblings

Where two older siblings attend the School a 10% discount is applicable for the third sibling attending the Nursery

Cancellation

One month’s notice must be given in writing before the withdrawal of a child.

Fees

Additional Hours

Subject to availability, parents of part-time children may extend their hours at a charge of £6.60 per hour

Late Collections

We ask parents to respect our hours of opening and comply with drop off and collection times. We regret a surcharge of £20 per hour will automatically be charged if children are in the Nursery outside their pre-booked session times. When catering for such young children we must ensure adequate staff ratios and hope you will appreciate the need to collect your child on time. This also avoids distressing your child who may be waiting anxiously for you.
