The Jazz Night has, rather like Topsy, just growed.  This year’s offering was a resounding success, thanks to some superb musicianship and a wonderful transformation of the Bushell Hall.  Credit must go to the three dynamic forces who have driven the project since inception, Jonathan Lawrence, Stephen Hughes and Eleanor Williams

In front of a jet black star cloth, which sparkled in an extraordinary array of colours and patterns, instrumentalists, singers and ensembles entertained a sell-out audience to a night of sophistication and glamour.

Watch out Cameron Mackintosh, three new impresarios are hot on your heels!

Below are many of the photographs taken by Shiraz Ziya on the night. Click on the photograph for a larger image.
