Boost for Jellybean Appeal
Jellybean turned up in person to collect a cheque for £900, raised by pupils at Birkenhead Prep School. The money is earmarked for specialist incubators and monitors for premature and sick babies in the Neonatal unit at Arrowe Park Hospital.
Jellybean
was accompanied by Sarah Azurdia, Manager of the Neonatal Unit, and Debbie
Green, Wirral NHS Trust fundraiser, and received the cheque from Joan Waddell,
Birkenhead Prep School Charity Co-ordinator.
This is the second donation, as a cheque for £500 was presented in November 2006
