Redcourt Bus Club
This is a private bus service for the benefit of pupils at Birkenhead School, Birkenhead Prep School and Birkenhead High School.
The bus, which has been going for a great many years, is run by parents and operates on a non-profit making basis. The fee, set each term, is calculated on the length of the term and the number of children on the bus. A detailed route plan is given below.
Should you like further information or have any queries about the bus, please contact the membership secretary:
Jo Young
Telephone: 0151 327 5421
The bus may be joined at any stage of the term - the fee would be calculated accordingly.

* The bus drops outside Hooton Station on the way home.
** On the way home the bus takes a different route. Instead of turning left onto Thornton Road at the mini roundabouts, it continues and turns left down Broadway, re-joining the morning route at the roundabout at the bottom of the hill.
*** The bus turns down Plymyard Avenue, and not Brookhurst Avenue, stopping opposite the retirement homes, near Bettisfield Avenue, and opposite Rothesay Drive.
