Early & Late Fun Club Sessions
Early Sessions ~~ 8 - 10am (includes a café style breakfast before 9am).
Late Sessions ~~ 4 - 6pm (includes a light tea)
Our Early & Late Fun Club sessions are held in our Ofsted registered Fun Club facility. The aim of Fun Club is to provide a service to parents who need to arrange care for their children outside of the Holiday Activity Course hours. The Fun Club will be a time to relax, play and enjoy being with friends in a caring, stimulating environment. All our lead play staff have attended training in Playwork and are skilled and experienced in the care of children. The Fun Club has a number of rooms which cater for the wide age range of children; these include:
- New for this year: For the over 11s a seperate room is provided with a TV, computer and comfy chairs.
- A chill out room: Can be used to relax by surfing the internet, reading a book, watching a film or playing on a play station.
- Activity room: Equipped with table football, snooker, construction games, toys & puzzles, imaginative play and art resources.
- Outdoor play area: Children will also be able to play in a well resourced outdoor play area with basketball nets, scooters, skateboards and goal posts
Fun Club opens at 8am in the morning and children are then taken to their respective course registration points by Fun Club staff and signed over at 10am. Children booked into Late Club will be collected by Fun Club staff from their registration points at 4pm and taken to Fun Club. Parents utilising this facility will need to drop off and pick up their children from Fun Club. Please note the charges include meals mentioned above.
