This year’s Little School production was ‘Christmas Around the World’ and saw children from Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 perform to family and friends who had come to watch them in their Christmas show.
There were six narrators, played by Yahia, Emilia, Tilly, Sasha, Jemima and James, who wanted to find out the story of Christmas and the countries that celebrate it.
The play made it possible for us to visit Spain, Hawaii, India, America, China and Africa, each telling a part of the Christmas Story and each showcasing their own dance and song.
All of the children acted, sang and danced beautifully, even showing their language skills by wishing the audience a Merry Christmas in the country’s native language.
The lively show was a fantastic representation of the Christmas Story and a wonderful way to round off another busy year in Little School.
