Friday 4th October saw the Year 6 Netball and football teams go on their annual tour to Blackpool. Unfortunately the bad weather meant the netball tournament that should have been played on Friday was cancelled. On Saturday the team played Ashbridge School, Birkenhead won with an impressive 20 goals to 4. Player of the match was Faith Johnson and coaches player was Reefe Pankurst.

The Year 6 boys also played Ashbridge School and won their fixture with an equally impressive 5 – 2.

On Tuesday 8th October the Year 6 football team played in a 6 a side tournament. They had to top our league of 4 in order to go through to the next round. At the end of the games we were equal with another team on goal difference so we ended up in a play-off final. Lincoln Hibbert scored the winning goal which saw us through to the next round .

Thursday 10th October saw the turn of the year 5 football team who were playing Bidston Avenue in the Corgi Cup. Following some excellent play they secured themselves a 9-2 win.
